RETURNS&REFUND POLICY

  • A full refund is available up to 30 days after you receive the item, providing the following additional criteria are met: (a)You provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirming purchase).(b)The products are unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition they were received in.(c)You need to cover the cost of return shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 business days.(Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable)
  • Please do not return any product without contacting GrowLED for return authorization.
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused. To request return authorization, please send an email through our Contact us form.
  • Please contact us via info@i-growled.com before returning the item, we will reply within 24 hours
  • Products purchased through resellers, retail partners, or other websites are ineligible for a refund through us. Please consult their returns policies for further information.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • To be eligible for a warranty replacement, the following criteria must be met: (a)You purchased the product within warranty period, you have proof of purchase (order number or email confirming purchase).(b)If purchased through a reseller, retail partner, or other website, you must provide a copy of your original receipt.(c)This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, except for human-caused damage.
  • We aren't able to cover shipping charges incurred in connection with a warranty return or warranty replacement.
  • If you wish to return your item(s) for any reason not covered by the warranty, you are required to cover the shipping charges and make sure the products are unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition they were received in.
